Live an extraordinary hiking experience on the GR8, between Lacanau and L\u00e8ge-Cap-Ferret<\/h2>\n

If there is a trail that should not be missed under any circumstances in the M\u00e9doc, it is undoubtedly the GR8, a trail that allows you to reach L\u00e8ge-Cap-Ferret to Lacanau Oc\u00e9an. A Gironde hike of around 26 km, or a little over 4 hours of walking, awaits you there. To prepare yourself for the adventure, equip yourself with a map, a cap, a few bottles of water and good shoes. During this hike in Gironde, your efforts will be rewarded by the sublime panoramas of the Atlantic coast. Throughout your journey, you will sometimes be struck by the sublime shades of blue of the ocean, sometimes by the mass of green of the pines. Added to all this is a nice breath of fresh air.
\nDuring this break in the great outdoors, follow Lacanau beach, while admiring its German blockhouses and listed sites. Then walk along its lake to make as many discoveries as possible. Continuing your route south, towards the Arcachon basin, you will arrive at Longarisse, on the south-west bank of the pond.
\nFurthermore, extend this great adventure by following the cycle path leading to Porge Oc\u00e9an. During this hike in Gironde, short breaks will not be refused here to swim and cool off in a sublime natural setting. This invigorating stopover will give you enough strength to continue your journey to L\u00e8ge-Cap-Ferret, the final stage of your journey on the GR8.<\/p>\n

Use your whole body through the unmissable hike of the 4 ponds of Avensan<\/h2>\n

This beautiful sporting route cannot be completed without having attempted the hike to the 4 ponds of Avensan. Four loops here will test your endurance and physical abilities. The banks of each body of water offer connecting trails leading to the other lakes.
\nStart this hike on the Bronturon lake trail. On the program: a 1.3 km course. This invigorating walk, hike in Gironde, will give you the opportunity to appreciate the rich biodiversity of the place. Birds, including swallows, cormorants, perches, are legion. Combine this discovery with an unforgettable fishing trip. A track will then take you along the banks of Lake Jaugas. This trail will take you on a 2 km hike. A whole host of water activities will enrich your escape around this body of water.
